• BOK opens 2 new branches in Kathmandu -Maharajgunj & Battisputali

    As a means to provide banking facilities to a larger Nepali mass Bank of Kathamndu Ltd. opened its 2 new branches in Kathmandu: Maharajgunj andOld Baneshwor, Battisputali. The new branches were opened amidst inauguration functions where Maharajgunj branch was inaugurated by Chairman of the Bank Mr. Narendra Kumar Basnyat and Old Baneshwor by Director of the Bank Mr. Satya Narayan Manandhar. With the addition of two new branches Bank of Kathmandu now has a total of 45 branches and 7 counters throughout the country. Apart from this, the customers can utilize the facility of its network in 54 ATM counters.

  • BOK launches 'BOK Chetanshil Yuwa Bachat Yojana'-a deposit product which is part of Youth Save Project.

    Bank of Kathmandu Ltd. launched “BoK Chetanshil Yuwa Bachat Yojana” today. The product is tailored for low income youth aged 10 to 22 with features such as low minimum balance, free lockable piggy bank and highest interest rate amongst its savings products. The bank will also ensure easy access to the product by offering the product related services at few selected venues like schools/clubs in addition to the bank’s branches. The product which was earlier piloted through its branches in Attariya, Surkhet, Bhaktapur and Gongabu will now be available at all its 43 branches across the country.

  • Two popular Deposit Products 'My Choice Women Savings Account' & 'Gramin Mahila Bachat Khata' revised with added attractions

  • BOK announces Bonus Share & Cash Dividend for FY 2067/68

    Bank of Kathmandu has been able to record a net profit of Rs. 605 million during the FY 2010/11. This is an increase of 18.83 percent compared to the previous financial year. For the first time in the Bank's seventeen year’s history it has been able to cross Rs. 1 billion mark in operating profit before provisions. The Bank's operating profit before provision for the year was Rs. 1.05 billion.
